  3. MALI - Passport and visa required.  Visa must be obtained in advance.
  4. Tourist/business visa for stay up to 4 weeks, may be extended after
  5. arrival, requires $17 fee (cash or money order), 2 application forms, 2
  6. photos, proof of onward/return transportation and yellow fever vaccination.
  7. (Cholera immunization is recommended.)  For business travel, must have
  8. company letter stating purpose of trip.  Send SASE for return of passport
  9. if applying by mail.  Apply Embassy of the Republic of Mali, 2130 R St.,
